YOUR RESERVATION AND PURCHASE OF ANY TRAVEL PRODUCT OR SERVICE OF FLAMINGO TOURS & TRAVEL LLC.- DOING BUSINESS AS FLAMINGO TOURS TRAVEL – CONSTITUTES A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND FLAMINGO TOURS & TRAVEL, AND REPRESENTS YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF FLAMINGO TOURS & TRAVEL TERMS & CONDITIONS AS DETAILED HEREIN.
Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received by Flamingo Tours & Travel and you receive a confirmation invoice and payment receipt. Reservations are subject to automatic cancellation if payment is not received by the date provided at the time of your reservation.
It is your responsibility to verify your confirmation invoice for correct name, date, itinerary, and all other booking details. Contact Flamingo Tours & Travel immediately if the confirmation invoice is incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date, or additional charges may apply. In the case of billing errors, we reserve the right to re-invoice with correct pricing. Passenger names must match exactly as that of passenger’s passport, and date of birth and gender must be provided in compliance with TSA Secure Flight conditions. You are required to provide a legible copy of your passport at the time of first payment via scan to email: tours@flamingotourstravel.com
A non-refundable $400 per person deposit is required at time of booking.
In some destinations and certain cases, additional deposit amounts may be required to satisfy airline-ticketing deadlines, select cruises, special land arrangements, special events, Christmas, New Year, Easter and local holidays, etc.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Nonrefundable payment in full is required for Christmas and New Year bookings Air Tickets are non-refundable once issued.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. In some destinations and certain cases, final payment deadline may be greater than 60 days in order to satisfy airline-ticketing deadlines, select cruises, special land arrangements, special events, Christmas, New Year, Easter, and local holidays, etc.
If we do not receive final payment by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation, and retain your deposit and any other additional payments. We are not responsible for canceled land or air reservations in the event payment is not received by the final payment date. For reservations made with the final payment date of the booking, payment in full is required at time of booking.
Prices are not guaranteed until booked and fully paid, prices can change at any time without prior notice.
Upon any cancellation, non-refundable deposits, payments made for airline tickets, including airline-imposed fees or penalties, are not refundable and will be retained by Flamingo Tours & Travel. In some destinations and certain cases, additional penalties may apply in accordance with the supplier terms and cancellation policy.
Cancellation for individual reservations, the following, per person cancellation fees apply:
Bookings made less than 30 days of the service start date require full non-refundable prepayment at time of reservation.
Groups:(Groups defined by consisting of more than 10 passengers booking and traveling together)
Group Bookings may be governed by additional separate contracts and conditions, however, in their absence, applicable terms and conditions are herein stipulated.
Some airlines may impose additional charges if you choose to check any baggage.
A valid passport is required of U.S. citizens for travel to all destinations and return to the U.S. Passport must have at least 7-months validity from return day of travel, and three blank pages remaining for documentation. Passengers traveling with other than U.S. passports and documentation must notify Flamingo Tours & Travel at time of booking and consult the country(s) of travel, the county of permanent residence, and country of citizenship. It is the passenger’s responsibility to check with their respective country’s Embassy or Consulate to verify and ensure proper documentation for entry to and exit from all destinations.
Procurement of a required Visa is the responsibility of the Traveler. Most countries do not require a Visa for U.S. Passport holders, other countries grant a Visa upon arrival for a fee. A few countries require an Entry Visa before arrival.
Accommodations will be provided at listed hotels as indicated by the service category. All rooms provide a private bath or shower. Occasionally, hotels listed may be substituted by others of a similar category at no extra cost to the passenger. All rates are per person based on double room occupancy.
Flamingo Tours & Travel reserves the right to change the itinerary whenever local conditions render it advisable or necessary. These events are beyond our control and Sunny Land will not be responsible for any loss or expense or inconvenience caused by reason of such changes.
The services of competent local guides are provided on all tours.
All gratuities and handling charges to hotel staff, porters, chambermaids and waiters are not included.
Tour prices do not include items not specified above including meals not detailed in the tour, tips, laundry, phone and Internet access charges, optional excursions, Plan, mini-bar, alcohol, beverages, mineral water, excess baggage, and items of purely personal nature.
Flamingo Tour & Travel LLC, in operating these land arrangements, is responsible to the tour participants for supplying the services and accommodations offered to the participants as stated in the itinerary. Flamingo Tours & travel as tour operator, disclaims all liability for loss, damage or injury sustained in connection with services and accommodations provided by railroads, bus operators, local sightseeing companies, tour operators, steamship companies, airlines, hotels and lodging facilities, all operating under the laws of the country in which these services are provided. Luggage is at owner’s risk unless insured. The right to alter any land tour arrangement is reserved. Cruise tickets when issued constitute the sole contract between the carrier and the passenger. The carriers concerned are not in any event responsible for any act, omission or event occurring during the time passengers are not aboard their plane, vessels or other conveyances. Should any claim or controversy arise out of this agreement, the courts of Broward County, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear the same. The laws of the State of Florida should control all such disputes.
For Domestic/International travel is the responsibility of the client/customer, please check with the Customs or Consulate of the Country/Coutries you are visiting or with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Regulations for International Travel for U.S. /CA/Other Residents.
